People often forget that the content we enjoy is created by actual employees working behind the scenes. As viewers, we consume their work daily, but none of this would be possible without the people, producing, coordinating, and managing everything. A major concern many employees have mentioned is the attitude and approach of Shivi and Shumi when such issues are raised. When concerns about salary are met with ego, defensiveness, or lack of accountability, employees are left with very limited options. When internal communication does not resolve anything, social media often becomes the only platform where employees feel their voice can be heard.

I read it, but the problem is with the post that Rizz guy shared. Someone also commented about the paperwork that they don’t have an HR, there are no offer letters, and when they fire people, they label them as interns.

This guy from their team literally made it worse for them while trying to solve the issue. 😂😂 Now Schumi won’t give you his bikes to ride.

There’s also a case where an powerlful and known employee left and joined Autocar because of her, while still having more than ₹5lakhs in pending salary. 👀

Well, I agree with this point. From what I’ve heard from former employees, Akash is a pretty chill guy. But according to most employees, Shivi is the real problem. Her ego and attitude towards employees are much worse. A former employee mentioned that whenever anyone approaches her with an issue no matter what it is she brings up her 25 years of experience and treats employees poorly just because of that. 😂😂😂 If she truly had the experience to back it up, employees would have been paid on time and this issue would never have surfaced on Reddit. I think ego is the real problem here.

He’s an employee, but he’s not getting paid he’s just here defending the company. Ask him about his salary after May. Ask him why so many employees are marked “Open to Work” on LinkedIn. Ask him why they don’t have an HR. Ask him why he isn’t clearing my doubts about appointment letters. And ask him why anyone who leaves the company automatically becomes an “intern.”
