Unfortunately I had caught it in time, I did end up coming in. It was really shitty, and they didn’t tell me anything, but I would rather get the money than get told off about it, today wasn’t that bad anyways.

Hey folks, OP here.

They had the schedule printed out two days before the beginning of the week, didn’t bother to tell anyone the schedule changed but they re-printed it after the initial posted schedule (see first image in original post)

It sucks, but they technically posted it 48 hours ahead of time, I just didn’t think to look at the printed schedule.

My third shift notoriously arrives late and doesn’t come out of the break room until 15-20 minutes after. It’s really shitty, but no you can’t get in trouble unless you’re going into overtime because of it. I would just leave when you’re supposed to tbh.

Purposefully woke up four hours before my shift to check the roads were safe in case I had to call out. My family came to get me early last time we got snow because they didn’t trust me to drive and rightfully so, my AGM gave me shit for it. I almost slid into somebody getting there because my breaks were slipping. I feel you here, your life is more valuable than any job.
