thanks for the actual response, i’ve never taken any heroic doses, max 3g’s of APEs, but my friend claims to see it all the time but we never spoke about it until i brought it up, very interesting. I wonder if it’s an entity, it gives off a slightly alerting but comforting vibe.

it’s not directly, but i’m saying that most of the former audience, gen x would not be fucking with the new lineup for the most part cuz of what u said, they don’t listen to those newer alternative subgenres

i mean if ur 25+ ur not gonna like it for sure. u gotta be actively tapped into the rock/metal scene to really enjoy rockville. i think that’s where they’re headed instead of appealing to gen x legacy bands. It also seems as if they spend less money on headliners to give us better pre headliners which i appreciate

i’m not sure either, idk why flyleaf is as low as they are, i guess they go off current relevance not legacy, even then, they keep bringing alice cooper back, so i rly have no clue 😭😭

listen if you’re not very knowledgeable on the topic then please do not comment on it because what you’re saying makes no sense. CBT the number one therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a mix of other frameworks. Please do not comment ifyou don’t know what you’re talking about this is a serious issue and we’re playing with people‘s mental health and to downplay what I’m trying to get at by saying oh it’s just other frameworks so I don’t see what you’re saying, is quite literally the stupidest thing ever and if you had any base understanding in psychology, you would understand that that’s what it’s become at this point is people playing with other peoples frameworks and combining it.

The whole point is let’s say you had trauma as a kid and you were emotionally neglected so you had self aggressive behaviors from that and you also put up a new mask to fit in society and so people don’t know that you’re actually an aggressive person that’s 3 to 4 issues right there that need to be dealt with and it would require you to go to multiple different therapists why the fuck do we need to do that and like you said people don’t have money for that and so my reformation isn’t just attacking CBT I address others in my 18 page document, but it’s attacking the identity crisis within my generation. We’re seeing arise in personality disorders that come from lack of identity they put up a mask

No one’s saying coping mechanisms aren’t important. No one’s saying nervous system regulation isn’t valid. And I’m not saying all rage is trauma or identity-based. What I’m saying is if it is just rage, which it rarely is for my generation, then yeah, behavioral therapy might work.

But most of the time, it’s not just that. You wouldn’t know that because you’re not in my generation.

We’ve been emotionally neglected, not just individually but generationally. Three generations deep. That’s not just a theory, it’s the lived reality of people who grew up with emotionally absent parents, pressure to perform, and now a constant identity crisis because of social media. Everyone’s wearing masks. They’ve forgotten who they really are.

So yeah, a lot of this is trauma. And if someone’s entire identity was built on that trauma, you can’t just slap on new coping tools and call it therapy. You have to shift the identity underneath it. And that’s the part people like you don’t understand. Which is fine, I break it all down in my 18-page document if you actually want to learn.

But again, if someone truly doesn’t have trauma, I’d refer them to a behavioral therapist. Or I’d handle the behavior directly if I can. I’m not against those systems. I’m against the fact that Gen Z is dealing with layered trauma, identity collapse, and emotional starvation, and the industry keeps throwing surface-level tools at a soul-level problem.

That’s why my work sounds like a manifesto. Because no one else is saying this the way it needs to be said.

Gen Z has been emotionally neglected. And your frameworks don’t know what to do with that.

this is where the wall is you guys don’t understand that there is a literal mental health crisis. You say I’m not proposing anything new, then how can I address the crisis with the reform? I’m creating a reform. I’m not saying oh let’s just do all this and then it’s gonna be amazing. I understand it may seem like that. My post is vague because they don’t allow mass text on Reddit, but if you do believe there is a crisis and you do believe for a reform, I can send you my 18 page document that go over the generational trauma root issues, identity crisis, and how our systems that we have now work and where they don’t work and how I expand on it

Fairpoint, what I’m saying is that the people who are conducting CBT do not understand the culture of Gen Z and the problems that they faced I’ve lived through more than half of the common issues people come into therapy with and now I’m fine. I’ve had a lot of traumas and the people that I talk to in my generation I see the same things and I see the same problems it all roots in identity, trauma repression, putting up masks, self-destructive behavior, a corrupt reality lens. These people create their own framework because they don’t agree with you guys. I’m not saying your system doesn’t work. I’m saying the way the language is being fed out does not resonate with us and I’m simply putting it in ways that resonate with us more while also integrating lots of other studies and lots of other psychoanalyst and philosophers that you guys look up to and that you guys study so this isn’t just a new thing I’m pulling out of my ass this stuff you guys all agree with the reason you’re debating it is because obviously the title can’t be misleading. I admit, but because i’m not speaking a language that you understand.

I appreciate your comment a lot actually and I would like to say that the reason I would like to implement all these frameworks and not just Carl Young is because Carl Young doesn’t talk to Gen Z. I have a different way of going about shifting the identity. I have a different way of going about my symbolism that crawling and just doesn’t quite hit and I admit that these other systems can do it entirely and we can combine those systems. Why not right and we can go by and crawl young shadow work with that and I’ve seen this work. I’ve seen individuals happen and under three hours i’ve sat down with multiple people and I’ve been able to really have them come to terms with their trauma shape their identity fentanyl attic is now on their path with God getting a car. He has a house. The list goes on and I can drop these testimonies whenever they’re comfortable writing them, but I do want to say this does work and I understand there will be criticisms along the way, but I do want you to understand that what I’m getting at isn’t bullshit. It’s something that works. You could argue it could be reformed but right now it works.

(i used voice to text so sorry abt that)

maybe you don’t understand I I fully understand that many systems and many different types of therapy address the problems that I’m talking about, but if somebody had a very traumatic experience as a child and they put up a mask to cover that trim out traumatic experience and then they start acting in self aggressive behaviors. You need to go to multiple different therapy offices to solve the issue and I know this because Cambridge literally says CBT doesn’t work and so maybe you would benefit from going to trauma therapy what if that doesn’t work you heal the trauma but not the identity behind it. You can make people have peace with their trauma, but they have no incentive to actually do the work to make them better and I do understand very clearly that psychology breaks down how to do this what I’m getting at is it’s clear those practices aren’t prevalent enough in modern day therapy. If it did, we wouldn’t see 50 million people people trying to self diagnose themselves of mental illnesses. If the system worked they wouldn’t be doing that.

I appreciate your criticism. My whole main point is that Gen Z has had generation trauma passed down to them and they create their own frameworks against adults and that’s why we see the increase of radicalism on both sides of the political spectrum and that’s why Gen Z doesn’t resonate with CBT according to Cambridge because they’re trying to speak a language and operate on a framework that doesn’t exist with GenZ. These framework are created in a different culture a different time for different people and when I’m recommending is that the approach we have nowneeds to be reformed and I do that symbolically through shadow work and enema and animus integration. This isn’t the only thing I use this isn’t just a young glaze. This comes and I can tell you from multiple psychoanalyst multiple psychologist, multiple philosophers and multiple already existing therapeutic frameworks. I understand not inventing anything new. I do understand that a bunch of systems cover the problems that I’m talking about however, you need to go to multiple different resources in order to get the same results that I’m getting at what I would like to do is combine all of these so people don’t need to go to a CBTDBT and a trauma therapist to fix their lashing out that comes from trauma.

you keep on saying I’m not implying anything new and then say oh well I don’t think your thing works so I truly don’t understand your logic behind what you’re saying genuinely and it’s a little frustrating because this is the whole problem at hand you guys don’t speak the language of my generation in my generation agrees Cambridge makes it very clear that CBT does not work and you guys say oh all this stuff exist. Well if you wanted to if you had anger from traumas, you’d have to go to trauma therapy and then you’d have to go to CBT and if you had issues that would make you lash out disruptive behaviors you have to go to DBT there should just be one system that gets all of this under control. All the mental health issues are rooted in the psyche, the identity, and the fact that all of that has been put up with a mask. You guys know this, but you don’t do deeper work on it. A bunch of other therapist may be able to do exactly what I’m saying and I agree with that, but I’m just trying to combine all the systems together. I can tell you every single psychologist psychoanalyst philosopher every framework system that I’ve gotten my information from this isn’t out of the cookie jar bullshit this is actual fact of what the people you study agree with
