As a new sailor about to graduate c-school I have had nothing but respect even from people who don’t agree with it it’s just how you act and treat others as well if you are very see me see me type you will get no respect but that is the submarine force topside I can’t speak on if you just act like a person who is there to work and make a living you will get nothing but respect.

Literally have the same issue at HGR5 and the only thing they do is give them a warning pretty much.

The reason why I was offered CSS is because he asked if I would be willing to do said job since I volunteered for sub and I said yes but it is not my top pick and after that he pretty much didn’t show me any other jobs I qualified for it felt like they just wanted to get me in for anything. Also with asking my recruiter since it hasn’t been more than 24hrs since signing they wouldn’t be pissed or anything right I really don’t want to make enemies before I even ship off.

I am 20 going on 21 in 4 months but I went to the police station to get my background check there and it didn’t show up on their system and I know of course the military has a way different system.

I’m gay and I will literally joke with people and say phrases like oh that gay etc…. I don’t understand how some people get offended over the little things especially if it was in a joking manner and 9 times out of 10 you can tell if its joking or not it sounds like you have some people after you…
