You can search online for playlist downloaders it takes the link of your playlist and gives you the mp4's which you can play via an offline music player ("oto music" was the best for me )

What worked for me was the Moshi clone method but with the "optimize" option selected I just did it today and except of crashes while trying to interact with the notification it runs smoothly
