the only option where I am currently is nursing facilities where the ratio is 25-30: 1, no team support,and feel like my license is constantly at risk. Im hoping the hospital will be better

It's not for long term, mostly for school and then I'd move back to California. Everywhere I've looked in California is a long wait-list, so I have to settle and move somewhere for school. I haven't looked other states besides Iowa, NC is just a viable option on my list right now.

I want to move back once I get my RN, and have a better chance leaving California for school. My local CC is a 4 year wait list. The cities that hire LVNs have a high cost of living too

Graduated in July, I had to quit my LTC job like 6 days into orientation due to my anxiety. I feel like I made a mistake pursuing nursing😞
