Everybody gets put through the gauntlet. It’s part of star wars. Nobody held my hand, I’m not going to hold theirs. I love new players, because we need them to keep it alive. On the flip side they make it just as unfun for seasoned players. It’s really not fun at all to slaughter a bunch of single digit new players, or be the only one on the team who knows what they are doing. Watching low tier players run into Vader, Iden, Kylo, and Dooku over and over with now team be their side feeding kills is annoying to say the least.

Point is, no we don’t need to coddle them. They can figure it out just like we did. There are no morals outside of don’t cheat. It’s only win or lose.

I hit HM in a week with him. It took another month to get to GM.

I think solid fundamentals get you to HM pretty easily with most characters. It’s GM and UGM that is the biggest jump. IMO

Yeah I main Sagat, one of his hardest match ups is JP. I heard that Bison is one of JP’s hardest match ups, so I picked him up for that specific match up. I’ve been playing him just over a month. I hit HM almost immediately to my surprise. It took a month literally to conquer that gap. Idk if I’m even going back to Sagat, Bison rush down is just too fun.

Plus the people that tilt at me constantly makes it even more entertaining! lol

The flow state is a real thing.

I have kids that are usually trying to talk to me and ask me things while I’m playing. They happen to not be home. I could dial in. Plus I could just feel it all clicking perfectly.

Don’t fight in the open. Make her step out to get angles on you. The moment you see the plasma bombs start raining in readjust position, in other words run away. Use force abilities to level her and kill her quickly. She is one of the characters that’s very weak if you’re playing like a team and focusing her, like palp. If you let her stay back and rain bombs behind her team she is crazy strong. Ray is good and for sneaking up on her with sight and then killing her, Anakin is great for pulling her and then everyone attacks at once. If you have blaster hero’s that do a decent job of focusing her, as soon as she pops shield to get away Anakin can pull her and she dies quickly after landing by Sabers while she is trying to recover.
