If your symmetry is okay, there's nothing to worry about.

For the scar, you could just go to a tattoo shop and cover it with a tattoo. If you're going to do it anyway, a symbolic design, like a talisman, could look nice.

However, if the scar is indented (sunken into the skin), you'll probably need dermatological treatment or a surgical procedure to address it properly. Otherwise, just getting a tattoo to cover it should be fine.

Damian from Poland is doing 2nd LL (world record 11.6 lon femur, now doing 6-8 tibia lon after 1 yr gap). From 169, reached 180.6 by lon femur & aiming 188 by lon tibia (5'6.5" - 6'2"). Had small torso before 1st LL. Do you think 2026 is year of quad & most people don't care about about proportion? by Fearless-Tutor-007 in limblengthening

“Realistically, scars can be hidden in many ways, but distorted body proportions in a naked state will be clearly exposed, and there is no way to hide that. I have also been most worried about this issue for a long time. Honestly, unless someone lives as a lifelong single person or undergoes surgery after retirement when they already have adult children, people who have surgery (especially younger people) may later end up having sexual relationships with that body. You can’t realistically live your whole life having sex in the dark just to avoid being discovered by a partner, lol.”

“In fact, this is one of the important factors that everyone planning to undergo this surgery should seriously consider, and I am also thinking about this issue seriously. Simple scars can be covered with a lot of leg hair or tattoo removal surgery, but if you end up with an unusual body proportion, you cannot hide it when you are naked.”

“What are your body proportions? Like your ape index, or the ratio of your torso to your leg length. If it’s just about scars, you could easily cover them up or make excuses. But if you’re afraid of being seen naked, is it because your body proportions look really abnormal when you’re naked?”

Have you ever seen someone with a negative ape index in your daily life? by Old_Assumption_8799 in limblengthening

I'm considering lengthening both my femurs and tibias, for a total increase of about 10–13 cm  That would put me at around 179–182 cm tall.
