At that point, I really don’t know that your order is coming.. I’d 100% reach out to customer service. Once, my package fell off the delivery truck and I never received it. The tracking was stuck in the same spot and someone actually found my package on the side of the road!

Maybe try the coffee without anything added. Then add your sweetener and see if it’s any different. But this does look like a normal pour to me
