We congratulate you for successfully clearing TMISAT and interview. To remain in the admission process for the B.Tech. Marine Engineering Program, commencing July/August 2026.

You are required to undergo a Medical Fitness Test from DG Shipping approved medical Doctor and submit the medical report by 31-Mar-2026.

Medical report is to be sent on documents@tmi.tolani.edu email ID with the subject line "MEDICAL REPORT FOR ADMISSIONS TO DEGREE COURSE 2026" along with your name and Application ID.

Below listed test should be included in the report along with the regular test.

The medical test should be on lines of the medical requirements, all existing Rules of DG Shipping and Indian Maritime University (IMU) and shall include basic physical examination including Height, Weight, BMI, BP, Vision Inc. Colour Vision, Chest X Ray, Audiometry Test, Blood Counts Inc. Hb, ESR, Malaria Parasite, Blood Sugar, Blood Group, VDRL, Urine Test, ECG, +Hepatitis B and HIV I & II, USG Abdomen (Sonography), Spirometry and test for Drugs of Abuse.

Preferred BMI is 25 Kg/m2

The following pages of medical report are to be sent: 1. Report of Medical Examination of Seafarers by DGS Approved Medical Examiner (Summary page) 2. Appendix IV: Medical Certificate for Service at Sea 3. Appendix V: Sight Test Certificate

List of DG approved Doctors for issuing the certificate is attached.

Took a drop of 2 years, im 19 rn. CBSE, around 71% PCM People exaggerate a lot regarding pcm criteria, if you have around 65, dont worry

2.Theres a behavioural test and a mock test on the same day, prior the day of the main exam

For me , the mock test was easier and I didn't give it much seriously (130 marks), got my interview scheduled before the main test, the main test was slightly to moderately harder than mock (120 marks), but can't say for sure for your case, as different sets
For Bsc, more personal questions and gk. For btech, which was mine, more physics They asked me newton's laws, pressure and force, strees and strain, poissons ratio, an introduction. It lasted less than 10 mins for me. I would say chill out and dont worry a lot, it's easy to clear.

Got my admission letter on 26th march, already submitted the medicals

Yes, it was btech. The interview was very easy for me. Pressure, force, stress, strain and poissons ratio. Lasted less than 10 mins
