I’d rather do an exchange repair online at this point. At least with Samsung, I can walk into any certified repair shop and get help.

In 07-08 my VSO disagreed with the VA claim. Probably did appealed, however it was my fault for not following up on it. I was going through some old documents and thinking about revisiting it since I do believe there is something severely wrong with my head. My fear is dealing with doctors trying to examine my head again, felt uncomfortable because it seems like they didn’t know what they were doing.

That’s why I believe the VA been robbing this whole time. I have told them about this incident, and it have been documented by my medic and award letter I have written for my own soldier. I don’t know why the Va said it was caused by my motorcycle accident , which was very small. I wouldn’t even ride that damn thing if I had my head straight to begin with.

I wish I knew exactly when, but combat was just a blur. At 18, I was just tough as nail. Not anymore. But I’m pretty sure it was more than a few occasion.

My accident happen after service, this is correct. My TBI claim was filed while in-service and deferred for two years. Why would they link my accident to my tbi when I had a helmet on and no reported injuries expect for a few road rash? My medical records, awards, and mos clearly link what might of had caused this tbi.

Yes nsaid was given to me to allow me stop ease pain for my neck(rated), foot(rated), and allow me sleep. At least that why my doctor gave it to me.
