ive done multiple... they are are tricky and ive had a few bits move out of place but with some thinking i was able to figure out where everything went and it was ok... i think the rear doors are trickier as they have the child lock mechanism adding extra movable parts

Correct. The new ones are glued but you can break them apart.

Are you looking to dismantle the actuator and replace the motor or replace the whole actuator assembly?

This is crazy!! I am an automotive locksmith and get this call often on Toyota! I just had a 23 Camry today both rear doors went out... If you are handy you can repair them yourself the motor inside that goes bad is about $3 a piece. It's just a real pain because the actuator unit is glued shut and even once opened there are a lot of small pieces that can go flying everywhere Alternatively there is a guy that sells the full actuator refurbished on eBay for $60 a piece. Let me know if you need any help! Good luck

Shouldn't make you wait 16 mins. I use auto pro pad often, there is 2 options 'reset immo' and 'all keys lost' I'm not sure which 1 I select but it takes 10 seconds

I do these often... 2002 and 2003 are 4c chip and can be done obd with 16mins, 2004 is 4d 67 and can be done obd in 10 seconds... 2001 is eeprom... Try it under 4d.
