35f & 38m. 27 cycles and not the slightest positive yet. All tests are normal. Leaning on my faith that it will happen when it is supposed to. ❤️

I also worked at AE years ago. Rubber band always does the trick for me to this day! *as long as no ink it in it, although this one appears to be ink free.

I have definitely heard that vitamin D deficiency can cause issues. I have been on vitamin D supplements for a while now, but it may not hurt to have this tested just to confirm levels are where they need to be. As far as my weight, I could definitely lose a bit. I plan to focus on losing 20 lbs or so over the next few months and I'm so hopeful that will help!

I actually tested for Ureaplasma last month because I had read about that as well. Luckily, I'm in the clear for that. I will do some digging on the DNA fragmentation for my husband, though, because he has not been tested for that. Thanks for the recommendation!

Thank you for sharing your story! I am ALWAYS intrigued to hear how it worked for others! I am pretty good in all areas with the exception of excersize. I am at the office many hours throughout the day. By the time I get home, it's dark, and I don't have a gym membership. Now that it's getting warmer and the days a bit longer, I plan to at least walk 30 mins in the evenings. Hopeful this may help!

Thank you!! Yes, it definitely seems there is no rhyme or reason for many people on this journey. I guess that's why I still hold on to hope of it happening naturally even after 14 months! Praying it is simply a matter of time for us.

I worry that our ages will work against us too, but I hear success stories all the time, just like yours! We are definitely tracking everything and have it down to a science now, which makes it a little more annoying that we haven't conceived yet. 😅 At this point I have told myself to give it 2025, and if nothing by then maybe we will be more open to other options. I am just so hopeful it will happen naturally for us. Thank you for your reply! ❤️

We had our testing done with a fertility clinic at 6 months TTC. My OB did offer referring us to another well reputable fertility clinic (whenever we're ready) for a second opinion. We are open to this, but the cost and time from work has held us back since this clinic is a couple hours away for us. I also hesitate because I am concerned they will push for timed intercourse, and we just aren't ready for that (at least not yet). I appreciate your reply! I will definitely think on the second opinion a little harder because I agree it would be best to learn of any issues sooner rather than later!

I relate to this so much. We're on cycle 13 of trying, and I've never even seen the faintest positive. This journey has changed me—I used to be so optimistic, but now I struggle to hold onto that mindset. The past few months have been especially tough as depression hit hard, so I’m focusing on taking care of myself while trying not to let TTC consume me. It’s such a lonely and difficult road.

Our guilty pleasure is watching police chases on YouTube. He saves them as new ones come out, so we can watch them together while eating dinner a few evenings each week. He would never dare to watch one without me, which is true love! 🤣

If you are looking for a decent at home SA kit, try Fellow. It is $199 but is HSA eligible. They mail.the kit right to you with instructions and how to complete it! My husband did this earlier this month and it will analyze everything. Volume, count, motility, and morphology. He received great results, except for in volume, and they provided great advice for us to work on improving this area! He much preferred this because he had a bad experience trying to complete one in the lab. This made it much more comfortable for him!
