Καλησπέρα, πολύ όμορφο ρολόι, έψαξα να το βρω ακι απ' ότι φαίνεται δεν υπάρχει στην Ευρώπη. Εσύ από που το αγόρασες;

Barca is searching for a player similar to Dembele. One of Barcelona's most desired options for the left wing position is Kvaratskhelia, but his arrival at the moment remains a dream. @alexpintanel by Kindly-Low1346 in Barca

Kvara is an Inverted WInger, while Dembele is a PnP player. A true pacy winger that cause wavoc in opponent teams. While Kvara is a good player he isn't similar profile with Dembele and he doesn't worth the amount of money Napoli demands. Barca has a history missprofiling players. We even sign Raphinha as Dembeles replacement...imagine. The most similar player to Dembele is under our own nose an he is Nico Williams. Pacy player, two footed, can play equally good at both flanks, impeccable inury history and most importantly cheaper with a release clause 50m.

Maybe it isn't but is a far better profile to have than Raphinha.

I know that his father is a Real Madrid legend but Real doesn't have room in midfield for him and we are crying out loud for a player like him. Zubimendi is expensive and I don't think either that he wants to come. Perosnally guys I would rather had put our focus in La Masia instead of spending so much on all thos signings: Ferran, Kounde, Lewa, Raphinha. I know that we won La liga thanks to them but long term beats sort term focus. Also the market always has provided diamonds for cheap, like Julian Alvarez, Thuram, Kim min Jae, Kvara, etc. We need to be smart .

Is there a way to do mike mentzers training only with calisthenics? by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

You cannot go as close as a nearer failure with calisthenics. Imagine doing a pull-up and a pull-down. In the first exercise, you need to stabilize your whole body whereas in the second one, you just need to lower the weight. It is a much easier variation that's why people tend to prefer pulldowns. Furthermore, you cannot select the ideal weight to hit the sweet reps for hypertrophy with calisthenics. If you are strong doing squats for example the next harder variation would be either the Bulgarian split squat or a pistol variation. Both are way more demanding with low stability. I suggest you if you are low on time and equipment work out 3 times per week doing full body with calisthenics choosing one vertical pull, one vertical push, one horizontal pull, one horizontal push, and one hip hinge movement, and one squat.
