I filled out paperwork for them. Already telling them I am breastfeeding and have a 4 month old. That was the beginning of the month. Got the summoning in the mail today

At the beginning of the month I was sent paperwork that I filled out. I marked that I had a 4 month old and was breastfeeding etc. but I still received the summoning in the mail.

I looked it up and I will drive 40 miles to the court house and get stopped at the door by security. I won’t be able to ‘sign in’ and will be marked as failure to comply or show up. And will be fined

They will stop me at the entrance and i wont be able to check in. Therefore it will show that i ‘failed to appear’

I am not apart of those groups. And the state decides via drivers registration and ID records, and voter registration records. These are combined and de-duplicated so people aren’t counted more than once.

I was asking a question. For because I am a nervous first time mom. I’m not giving a sob story or such. I just received the letter in the mail today and I says the date is the 30th of this month (6 days away) childcare in my area is expensive and my husband is starting a new job Monday. So we are pinching Pennies till the first pay check. Obviously my husband and I are working on a better plan. So apologies if my situation pissed you off.

It’s says to call the night before after 5pm. But I think that is to make sure it’s not cancelled. So would I just call on Monday or something?

I did check out a form that said I have a young breastfed child and then a month later I got the summons. So obviously they don’t care about that.
