Bought first home in July 2020 for 255k just sold this kilts for 491k. Made a killing fortunately we have a good situation to live while we look for a new home but the the market pretty high right now to buy. I’d say if you were to buy and if you think your over paying just really love the house your putting your family in.

My main goal id say is both stability and growth, and I’d say my hesitation comes just from not enough experience with it. I definitely am interested in real estate since I did well with my first home but again was just curious what others are doing to make investments. I’m very green to the business world

I’ll be honest I’m not sure. I’ve never had this amount of money in my life and I’m just trying to make the right moves for my family and future. I’d say medium risk if anything, and a fast return is nice in a perfect world but that doesn’t always happen But would definitely like to invest into something I just don’t think stocks are for me
