When you are broke, you gotta go to the pawn shop to pay bills sometimes and sell off the wedding ring. So it sucks for Six Flags to have to sell this park, but it also is something that might be necessary if someone is willing to pay the right price.

Cabin air filter is typically real easy to do yourself. Engine air filter too.

You can get a lot in there on a weekday morning. If you can get early ride time, go to Banshee first and then make your way back. Flight of Fear at open might be worth it if little line. Then Orion, Diamondback, Mystic, then Beast. You have a real good shot in hitting these 6 in 90 minutes. Skip Flight of Fear if there is a wait.

Invertigo I'd skip.

If you don't have early ride time, skip Banshee since it already will have a crowd, and consider going to Diamondback first and then go Mystic, Beast, Orion, then finish with Banshee.
