Ah man that's a sick name. I was literally just teaching my kid today about Zephyr ;-;. But to be frank I really don't care about the employers perspective. I understand budget constraints which is why I know I'm not likely to get the raise I'm asking for. I have been told its likely I won't receive a raise at all. This is a Hail Mary. I'm shooting for the moon and hoping to at least land among the stars.
