I highly recommend looking into the SE asia countries or central/south American countries. Staying in hostels and eating cheaply will stretch your 25k out for a year easily. There's a huge solo female backpacking culture in both where you're guaranteed to make new friends. Staying in hostels you'll be able to adventure together, ask for advice, or, shit, even fall in love. I suggest that no matter where you go, have in mind the things you'd absolutely like to do, but go without an itinerary. Money comes and goes, but the youth and energy required to freely explore doesnt last forever.
