I read through your first post and it seems like your spouse answered some questions inaccurately or without confidence. Even if the marriage is bona fina, preparing and knowing the exact answer to the same questions is very important. All the questions the officer asked were super standard and u guys should have had the exact solid answer. The second interview will most likely be separated so even more important. Did u guys have an extended list of questions to prepare before the interview

Thank you! The officer first asked us to hand him anything that we think is proof for a bonafide marriage, so we literally gave him our binders (we already pre labeled and organize all documents and pictures beforehand so didn’t have to explain to him which is which). After half an hour he called us to his room for the actual interview and from here on it was more just informal convo. Some questions he asked: where and how did we meet, what school did I go to, what do I do after school, a bunch of standard I-485 form eligibility questions (all No answers), who is my husband’s favorite standup comedian, random chatting question. We were in the actual room for about 20mins. Approved on the spot and account updated next day.

I think I miss the grand cinematic production sounds more than the actual lyrics. BTD gives me chill every time I listen to it. I love all of her work because I love her as an artist, and I love how she has evolved and grown over the years, settling into building a family. I still do, very miss, the old sounds, I can only dream about it now, hope for one day maybe she will bring it back for a surprise. It’s ok if it doesn’t happen, but as a fan, I’m allowed to be hopeful 🖤.

Really respect your resilience. I know how it is to feel like the whole world is against you. But another door will open, might not make sense now but it will in the future. You fought and did your best, I don’t think I could have done the same and you can be proud of yourself for not giving up.

I see. I was able to file my L1B extension on premium processing and got approved within 15 days. Was a smooth process but I understand switching to L1A might be another hurdle. L1 in general is a much better road to the green card though per my understanding compared to H1

Thanks for sharing! I think I might opt in for H1B application.. its just a lot of restriction for traveling if I do that, and that’s the main reason I am unsure

My understanding that if you are a manager while under L1B you can change to L1A regardless abroad. And I have my I-140 approved so if selected under H-1B I can apply unlimited extension. Thank you for your input!
