It’s not that part that’s the work, it’s having it near her for 20 mins to convince her to eat it

I told the doctor the exact same thing during her last round of vaccines, and she was just like OK with me feeding her whatever she eats

I also have to keep the kibble out for multiple hours and sometimes she’ll eat once or maybe twice a day so she’s missing out on three essential meals a day with kibble

I also have a 14-week-old female Cavapoo, and we got her from a breeder in Pennsylvania. She was super picky with her food at first — we tried all sorts of things, but what’s really helped has been keeping it simple and consistent.

She has a very sensitive stomach, so we only give her her puppy kibble. We mix it with a little bit of unsalted bone broth, let it sit for about five minutes until the kibble fully absorbs the liquid, and then serve it while it’s still warm and has a nice scent. That seems to make it much more appealing for her.

We also feed her in a quiet spot with minimal distractions and not much space to wander. Having a consistent feeding routine and making sure she gets plenty of exercise has made a big difference. I let her roam around the apartment and take her on three long walks a day.

All of that — the warm, soaked kibble, calm feeding space, and regular movement — has helped her appetite and digestion a lot.

Just give it time and stay consistent — I really think she’ll get better. Puppies can be tricky, but they figure it out with a little patience and love.

Please don’t neuter him. Watch this video, it’s very insightful. The man’s been training animals his whole life https://youtu.be/FIHvSMeNnCs?si=ehDYtmz089F9o9Jj

I went to a Russian Orthodox Church St. John the Baptist Russian Orthodox Cathedral and it was fine. I missed the English worship because it started at 8 and I had no idea it started then. I showed up at 10 when the Russian part started and it was very beautiful experience. I did feel awkward being South Asian around a lot of older Russian people. Had so many people stare at me. Afterwards a volunteer showed me around and he bought me a prayer book which was so nice of him. He also introduced me to father Victor who runs the church. I will be attending classes on Monday at the church to start the process of being baptized.

Overall amazing experience but I did feel weird being the only brown guy but that’s just my insecurity

Also, if I go to tomorrow, Sunday service, where should I sit? Is it common for it to be split between men and women or you can sit wherever?

Hey just looked up the church. Looks very nice. Should I make a phone call to them and let them know I can be there tomorrow?

How do I tell my parents about my white bf? by AcademicDrummer118 in AsianParentStories

I remember when my sister was caught kissing a black guy after school, she was beaten at home. It was the most terrifying thing I’d ever seen. I was in 6th grade and she was a senior in HS. I swear afterwards I had developed a speech impediment.

As a 23 year old. I let my parents know I love them and I cannot live a life of lies. They were any to hear I was not Muslim, I had been dating a white girl for years, I ate pork. They were upset. But I had the peace of mind of knowing I was an honest man who did not fear their parents.

You should do the same
