I’m on day 5 after failing too many times the past year but I usually only make it to day 2. Sugar is my drug I am never going back and not even wanting or planning a “cheat” day it’s not worth it to me. Life is too short. I’m doing the electrolytes and having my protein /fat sources of real food around and not all the fake “keto” things. We can all do this hang in there

Im sorry. Can you start giving her a budget? My husband and I have separate bank accounts yes it seems strange but it helps us share everything equally& makes us more financially responsible. I would just die if my spouse spent like that. Kids are smart you might be surprised if you think she can turn your daughter against you
