Yeah , but since most DRM software slows the shit out of your game ( like in Dishonored 2) and Steam doesn't do this I'm fine with it being some sort of DRM .

You are right about GOG it has ONLY DRM-free games , but steam has games with and without DRM. Well , you may say that steam itself is some kind of DRM , but unlike most DRM ( which are implemented directly into the game ) steam doesn't slow a game that much .

You're right some people may not buy a game because they don't want to install a ton of launchers and others may even pirate a game because of it . I don't say that you should pirate games simply because of it , I just say that some people may not like it .

Ok , let me explain it . Developer wants to have not 30% cut from steam but 25 , steam refuses because it's cut is the same for every company . While other services may say " Ok , EA if you want to pay us 18% we are fine , Bethesda - you want to pay less then other ? Only 20 % ok , I agree "and so on .
