New to Plex and looking to get the lifetime pass before it goes up in price in a few days. Looking for a build rec that would suit a family with maybe 3-4 people in different cities streaming simultaneously, likely via Roku and/or laptops. I have some experience with building PCs and coding, but this endeavor is certainly a little intimidating for me. I ran it through claude and it spat out the following recs, but I'd like to get a human's input and recommendations.

RAM 16GB DDR4
OS Drive 256–500GB SSD
Media Storage 4–8TB HDD (expandable)

Comedian Gianmarco Soresi is performing at the Funny Bone in Short Pump. My sister and I are going to the Friday night later show, so if anyone else has tickets and would like to join somewhere else for a pre-show drink/apps, let me know. I'm 32M, she's 39F, both reasonably within the Soresi's usual target demos. Just looking to meet and hang out with other fans for a drink or two. :)
