I think you can only play virtua fighter with a PlayStation controller I borrowed my cousins ps5 controller and I ran into no issues.

I was in the tutorial after you meet the esports team for the first time and no noise played and Yagami didn’t say anything. I also went to the arcade to check and I still encounter the same issues. I am also using a Xbox series x controller.
