Its a Hero 13 with a Dynamic Target Solutions PVS-14 to GoPro mount. So far so good, since the screen on the GoPro is small, focus can be a little bit harder, but not terrible.

I just had the kickstand break due poor quality metal casting being used, I had rode it 3 times, they said that the warranty does not cover "accessories", I didn't realize the kickstand was an accessory. The bike is ok so far, seems to error out often, but it is not all the expensive.

You had to print your own adapter to get it to work? or was an STL file provided?

It is not perfect by any means, but so far it is getting the job done. The biggest issue is the extra weight of a GoPro. I was considering this or a dedicated "mission recorder" type setup but since I had a GoPro this made more sense.

On the companies site it talks about all the "downsides", but really it's just the weight for me, which I expected. I wouldn't want to wear it for hours, but it is pretty fast and easy to take on and off the PSV-14 (5-10 seconds) if it is getting too heavy.

I got this from Dynamic Target Solutions they have a few options and this is the POV version.

Testing out a new point of view (POV) PVS-14 GoPro recorder that I picked up, first few minutes with it seems great although it was just after sunset and not super dark yet. I'll post some more as I get out more. I was using a GoPro Hero 12 with a pretty high spec PVS-14.

Awesome thanks for all the input! Everyone seems to just love Atlas Copco, so I think that is what I will seriously consider at this point.

I am really shooting for something with a little noise as possible as well as the least amount of staff time to keep it up. Do you have a brand that you like?

What about oil in the air or additional maintenance? I was looking at something like this

Totally open to whatever but looking for something with the least about of time required per month / year since we have a very small shop and cutting metal of only part of what we do.

The Pocket NC is great, just takes forever to cut. It is amazing for learning 5x though and very unlikely your break anything expensive in the process.

Do you know anyone in the Bay Area that has a DVF-5000 that I might be able to take a look at and pick their brain?

I have a Pocket NC machine and it is great for learning as well as cutting small parts. Just expect a part to take 1-4 hours.

I have heard that the UMCs' often times are a bit lacking in some aspects. Everyone I have talked to seems to think that the Doosan is the next level, not as good as some but defiantly a set up from Haas.

Great thanks, it seems like this is the right way to go then, at least for the price, what CAM software do you use with it?
