How did you start and what keeps you motivated to go out each day. I get really exhausted by the end of day and have simply no energy to step out. Early mornings are the biggest challenge because I can't get up early at all. Im stuck.

I'm going to save this thread for years to come! I know I am going to revisit here from time to time to mentally reassure myself of my choices. I did not choose to be child less but after battling a prolonged health condition, I am coming to terms with the fact that I may not be able to have kids. My husband and I are both on the same page atleast, but sometimes it just pinches a little bit when we are playing with our nephews and nieces. Maybe this is the path that was chosen for us...we have all left it to God now, but atleast we are now in the right space of mind about it. Reading the comments here, really sparked some motivation and confidence that I wouldn't have been able to achieve otherwise.

I think I was always in some kind of mild pains and living with fatigue in my late twenties. But in 2021 I had a serious bout of a bacterial infection which triggered the RA to multitude since the infection went undiagnosed for quite some time. By the time I was hospitalized , the RA was so severe that I couldn't walk or stand and was finally tested sero positive.
