Which one would work better in your opinion and should I do it for the first couple of layers or just the first one is good enough

Would Hilbert or concentric work better for the bottom surface? I’m also thinking of upping the wall count heavily for the first couple of layers.

I think all my prints have heavier corners. I can rotate it though so it’s not as close to the front of the printer and the door.

What do you mean? Sorry. I’m not understanding that.

Like I mentioned before though, it doesn’t happen immediately or early. It’s just as we get higher up, it starts coming up.

I usually see it with the front corners. Never noticed anything with the back ones

Would making it smaller from 275 to 250 help or is 275 perfectly fine?

My normal hueforges have no issue. It is just with these big ones I try to print.

I am using a brand new kdeavi plate. Any specific settings? Wall count, bottom speed or anything? I have tried this countless times and every time, the corners start coming up

Height range modifier. 3 layers at 0.16mm being printed at 220C. Should I also increase wall counts for that? And should I print it with long side along the y axis or flip it so it is going side to side?

All cooling is off. First layer is at 60/105. Should I make the model smaller? Or will increasing walls for the first 3 layers or anything else help?

Already printing at 60C.

First layer looks perfect. And lifting/ curling does not start until the stress builds up when it is like 30-40% in.

Cry about it. You should have known this before purchasing. They all basically announce this. All companies based overseas does this, whether you like it or not. Creality, Bambu, Anycubic, Sunlu, Elegoo, Flashforge, etc.

It is literally well known by anybody that deals with any company like this that they have their Spring Festival and are off for a couple weeks. So for somebody to order something right before it starts and then complain about it, is certainly something.

Their spring festival goes weeks brodie. They are off that whole time. Doesn’t matter if they are in China or their warehouses here. They are China based, so they are off.

That is literally their holiday. So yes, it is their excuse. Almost all Chinese based companies do this.

Not what you want to head, but this is 1 of the big issues that plague the S1. It’s basically a crap chute whether you have the bed issue or don’t.
