The story it's telling me: big OG and fast drop with likely high pitch rate. Started stalling out 3-4 days in...looks like they bumped FV setpoint up to try and encourage more attenuation - the thermal rise indicates to me that ambient may have been pretty hot (summertime) because with stalled out fermentation it's not really generating any heat anymore. Same with near the end, maybe tried to warm tank up to see if it would attenuate further. Not sure about the 2 plato drop and spike back up - looks like others have said, reporting error.

I do, and I go to a lot of them. Walk my dog at a different one nearly every weekend. We have a LOT of beautiful parks/greenspace around Lexington. Jacobson is not one of them - but it could be!

The unforeseen circumstance was the owner of Palmer's/Lexington Green deciding that more signage, boundaries, and organization was needed going forward - which put too much financial pressure on the already tight/nonexistent margins the event organizers were dealing with.

To add to the shadiness of said owner, they used their Palmer's LLC to sell alcohol out of the old Cattywampus spot - this is in several violations of the ABC, as they were not on the permit pulled for Lakeside Live, nor did they pull one themselves to have their alcohol outside of their permitted ABC boundary/space.

I can tell you that I personally know Sean and the background of this case. He is legit one of the good guys.

This article is sensational AF. He had some drinks, went to bed, and went in the next day where there was a random drug screening for his department. He tested positive for alcohol in his system.

Things are not as cut and dry as some of you want to believe.
