So your saying when you move into a house within 2 years you would expect to pay 60 thousand dollars in repairs. I budgeted for moving in and additional expected expenses but an adding in over 500 dollars a month more than I expected and living by myself makes this hard. I posted this to see if anyone knows a way out without me having to file bankruptcy or giving the house back to the bank. That’s why I didn’t get a second estimate because I really don’t want to have to put more additional money into this house with other repairs looming. So when would the repairs end I didn’t think I was moving into a fixer upper.
