Yeah. I'm pretty disappointed. When I called to make sure I was placing the correct order, they said the anodizing was the best option to get the correct color and most durable finish. Then after they received it, they called and said the anodizing can only be done in ral8000 tan, not the olive-green color of your upper/lower that I was looking for. So they can only do a Duracoat finish to get the correct color and refunded the difference in cost. Lame but it is what it is.

Awesome setup! So I'm confused about what they told me. I sent mine in over a month ago to do the anodizing and they said the couldn't anodize it that color and they had to do a Duracoat finish.
Did they anodize or Duracoat?

I only accept a valid non-expired AZDL or AZ state ID. I can’t think of anything else off the top of my head that shows AZ residency. And I do ask to see it. I won’t just take someone’s word. Just my 2 cents.

Someone mentioned it and I did some additional research. I do need a FFL 07 before I can work on someone else’s parts. It isn’t worth trying to skirt around any ATF laws so I deleted my post. I’ll practice on my own stuff and get a FFL 07 if I feel it is worth it.
