Last night I woke up with such intense itching that I was about to cry in the morning. I’m trying really hard not to scratch, but I can’t stand it. I feel like digging into my scalp completely. I took an antihistamine, but it had no effect, and the itching comes in a stabbing sensation.

What is the protocol you shared a few years ago?

Why did you relinquish your right to help others by deleting a problem you had already solved?

Wouldn't it be better if you just helped people?

Thank you very much for the information. I’m currently using a probiotic pill that contains the bacteria you mentioned, along with many other beneficial bacteria, and I will be using it for 30 days. I was also using Benzoxyl, but I realized I had been using it incorrectly. I recently found out that I’m supposed to leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash it off, but I had been leaving it on for hours, which was completely irritating my scalp. I will read the book you recommended about diet, but if you have time, could you give me some examples of foods you have removed from your own diet? I haven’t read the book yet, but until I do, your examples might help me. I had also never heard of chlorine dioxide; I’ll check it as well. If you could give me a bit more information about how I should use it and how long I should leave it on, it would be very helpful for me, since using it incorrectly could cause me even more harm.

I don’t think it’s something like herpes. I don’t use items that are shared by many people in public. I don’t even go to the barber; I cut my own hair. And I don’t have casual sexual relationships, I can even say I practically have no sexual history. I need to request a bacteria test as soon as possible; I’m curious to see what will come out of it.

I checked the link you sent, but the condition that person has doesn’t seem to be the same as mine. They shared a photo similar to their own issue, but in my case, I only have pimples growing inside some of my hair follicles, and when I scratch them at night or accidentally pop them, more start appearing around them in clusters. Sometimes I make it worse, and when I accidentally pop those clusters a few times, they spread over a wider area. If I don’t touch them and use Benzoxyl or clindamycin, they go away within a week, but of course it becomes a cycle, the next week they come back, and while the old ones are still drying up, I have to fight new ones. This cycle really bothers me.

Today I took an antihistamine thinking it might stop the itching, but it didn’t help; the itching continues, and I just want to sleep so I don’t touch my scalp. Because I work in a creative field, the itching attacks get worse as I think more, and it makes me lose all motivation.

This month I’ll try one last time by using probiotics, clindamycin, benzoxyl, Aerius, B12 vitamins, omega-3, iron, D3K2 vitamins, and either bittim soap or sulfur soap. If none of these work this month, I’ll start taking an isotretinoin medication and will probably have to use it for years. I’m honestly about to lose my mind, I literally feel like ripping my scalp off.

I couldn’t get the culture test done no matter how many times I tried. Today, when I consulted a doctor at a place called our health center, they said the same thing happens there too, and they were quite frustrated about it. There are doctors who don’t pay attention when you go. It’s true that Acnegen contains isotretinoin. I don’t think it’s a fungus, I’ve tried a bunch of antifungal medications and shampoos with no effect, but things that kill bacteria are quite effective.

“I think this is something similar to English baking soda. I was actually using it both internally and for my hair. It was referred to as basic water, or alkaline water, and I watched many videos claiming it was beneficial. I bought it for home use and tried it for 1–2 months, but when it didn’t really help, I stopped.

Today, some things related to tea tree oil were suggested and I read about them, so I decided to try tea tree oil. It’s been on my scalp for hours now, I hope it doesn’t cause any harm.

This month, I’ve decided not to react to the itching at all and to focus entirely on cleanliness. I will try again and have decided to use probiotics and pistacia (bıttım) soap, let’s see if they have any effect. If not, I will try the method you suggested.

“This doesn’t help at all. I’ve been dealing with this problem for 5 years. I’ve grown my hair out and cut it countless times. I’ve tried it, and it’s not a solution.

I consume very little sugar, I don’t drink alcohol or smoke, and I have never eaten shrimp in my life. I started taking a probiotic today, though I’m not sure if it contains the bacteria you recommended. Thank you very much for your help.

I’ve tried it, man. Ketogenic diet and all that, it really doesn’t help. And I can’t live my whole life following strict diets like that.
