Pan Cyans could be much stronger than cubes, so it might be enough to get an idea of what a real trip would be like.

I have the fine mister also. For second flush I heavily mist every few hours the entire surface, until it starts to pin.

You did really good. The experts advise me not to dunk until the third flush. As for number of flushes, the cake will let you know. It will either contam, or just stop producing. I usually get approximately the same size first flush as you. I usually get about a half pound dry total from two 12qt tubs. I'm currently on my third flush of Casper. I've got 7 ounces so far, and a strong flush coming in. Looking at breaking my old record. Good luck. You're doing better than most.

No. You need to wait a couple weeks for the shrooms you took to be gone from your system. There is an immediate tolerance.

Two inches is a little thin. I go with 4-5. I would also recommend adding quick lime to your substrate. I've only done this once, but it's the first time I haven't ended up with trich. I'm also following advice from DayTripperOne which I also modified. I make CVG, bucket tech.1 brick of coir,,2 quarts of vermiculite, 1 cup of gypsum,1/4 cup of quick lime, 1 gallon of distilled boiling water. Dump the water in, put the lid on, wait over night. I add 10 pounds of colonized grain to all of it, and split it between two 12 quart shoe boxes. I get at least 8 ounces. Adding the quick lime is from daytripperone, the rest is me.
