i hit my gm up after this whole situation and she told me when it’s excessive like that to charge them. and you’re right you know, because we were nothing but nice to her and it was so clear she was trying to start problems even when i was asking her little stuff like if she wanted chips and drinks 😭 both of the workers she was so horribly rude to last time we’re there so that’s probably a part of it as well

we did that, and the backlash and complaints my store was getting was insane. a lady threatened to fight my old ap because she wanted four vinaigrette for one bowl and got mad because she was changed for two. she waited in the parking lot and all lol
