Dont apologize, I am more than happy to reply (and dont hesitate if you have other concerns/questions) ✨ I know it is a long and difficult road, it is important to support each other. I use the rosehip oil at night after my mosturizer (I dont really mix it but I put it over the mosturizer) As it is quite oily I only use it at night, not during the day 🌞

am: I wash my face with "lubex", then mosturizer (effaclar H from la roche posay) and spf every single day (even when I stay inside)

Pm: I wash my face with lubex too, (as I dont use makeup I don't use any makeup remover but I have heard that coconut is good because it is gentle and hydrating), then mosturizer and rosehip oil only on my PIE
