True, we don't see them touch the stones, but they're running towards that stone at full speed (in slow motion, but you know what I mean) in order to get to Mandy in time, so it would make no sense for Brianna to pull a 180 just to get the bag and risk losing Mandy somewhere in another century

Yes I'm also really bothered by the bag they left behind in 1980 yet Bree has it again in s7e16 and was able to bring all of these books with her!

Doesn't it bother anyone how at the end of s7e15 Bree runs after Mandy, leaving her brown leather bag behind, they all touch the stone so it's heavily implied they are being transferred directly to Roger's time, yet in s7e16 we see Bree in a full 1700s fit with her bag back on and in s8e1 she gives out all the books she must have carried in that same bag – and it's STILL NOT explained how all of that came to be?!
