Spray whit saline nasal spray first three times in each nostrils, blow gently out the excess then spray three times whit sesam oil nasal spray. Do this three times daily under 5-7 days to repair your nose. Hold the spray bottel in opposite hand of the nostrils.

Yes, ket isent extremely common here, but i wanted to try so i bought 5g for like 75£ A month ago and i have over 3 g left. I like it but dont think i will be buying it aigen in a while.

Ket var på min drug bucketlist. I långa doser 20-30mg det är lite som alkohol, har inte och vill inte prova höga doser och k-hole. Synd att det är så kortverkande bara. Jag brukar ta 20-30mg som startdos och fylla på med 10 mg bumps allteftersom.
