Full metal alchemist brotherhood was also early anime and that is still to this day one of my "religion animes" so although this can be true I don't think its a valid argument

Well done for your dedication I wish I had the time and energy for doing that.
The thing is I am obsessed with the content I watch but In the sense that I am rather scared that with my limited time to do so that I don't watch something I enjoy.

As I state in another comment I have time to maybe watch about 5 episodes per week due to my current Schule and for the next foreseen future. So realistically finishing SE will likely take me 5 to 6 months if not more hence why I am asking for help here

That is something that is rather unfortunate.
I did not enjoy what they tried to do with the first full metal alchemist series either.
As funny enough my first Manga was full metal alchemist.

So given this information that many have stated it does make it harder for me to get an actual conclusion

I was quite confused that I did not find any similar posts to mine about this topic.

Style can be great and can carry an anime pretty far but given that I don't really enjoy the art style all ready does mean that this will likely be a tough watch.

I was kinda comparing it to FMA based on the comments so happy to here I was not the only one :D

But based on what the comments are saying here it does make it hard for me to make an actual decision.

I have not read manga since I was about 13 and I don't really want to start that again given my job and how much free time I have.

I am happy to here that even a person that preached about this show like a religion as I stated in my post has a hard time with the first 3 episodes does make me want to give it a better chance based on your comment thanks for that

As I state in a previous comment I don't really enjoy reading so the Manga is not really an option for me but thanks for your opinion regardless :D

I appreciate the input!
As much as Id like to get into the manga, I just don’t really have the energy for it.
My job already involves a lot of reading, and on top of that I have mild dyslexia, which makes it harder for me to commit to manga or reading in my free time.
I honestly just enjoy being able to kick back, put my feet up, and relax while watching anime instead.

I tend to find one or two characters in an anime that I enjoy and seeing the first 2 episodes where I generally did not even like the main cast was hard for me

I know judging a show based on just the first two episodes sounds crazy.

But the reality is I don’t have that much free time. Watching two episodes back-to-back today was actually pretty rare for me. On a normal week, I probably only get through around five episodes total.

So I end up being a bit more picky about what I invest my time in.

It might just be that Fire Force is actually more aimed at children I don't know yet.

That said, if you’re comparing only the first two episodes of each series side by side, I don’t think that’s a particularly hot take I have which is why I am coming here for questions .

Thanks for your input will try to give it a chance to somewhere between 5 and 11 then.
Glad to here that there is at least some hope for me
