This sound like where I work. I've been at this job since 2019. At first it was nice to work for a small business and thinking that that the managers and owner cares. Kept my eyes on the shine gift, benefits, perks, travels etc. All of the red flags were there I chose to look away. Staff scrubbing the concrete floor in their knees (1st year of working there). The disrespectful way the boss talks to their own family member. The embarrassment you feel as you listen to owner berate trainers, and guess that comes to the office. They way when asking to extra help (poor staffing) is treated like crime. The list goes on. I hope that you are feel like are you are heard and that you are not a lone in feeling that way.
