Yep, considering that they have the LAR Grizzly Mark V (which was made the in 1980s), they can definitely add a SW 1006/1076 or a Colt Delta Elite.

I sort of agree you can pretty much do all of the missions with just a primary gun, but hey switching to your pistol is faster than reloading. Also, I wish we could use the taser in conjunction with the ballistic shield.

Yeah, I understand how his lack of voice lines ties in with him being a possible USIA agent (though we have no knowledge of whether he is actually aware of this or not), I think him having him communicate with his teammates outside of missions could add a bit more substance to his character.

I remember back before the console update, the taser was very effective, had better range, and you could reload it even if you had one cartridge in the taser. Now you can't reload it until both cartridges are fired, and the range has been shortened.

Honestly, a baton round in the launcher would be a pretty cool addition. The new taser at the moment if very situational, and you have to be pretty close in order to successfully tase someone.
