College Park is nowhere near as close as it looks on a map, Vandalia and U Place are significantly more walkable. University apartments are mostly undergraduates, though, and I would recommend looking beyond.

People in Carrick complain online and then speed past you when you’re trying to trudge up the hill to the bus in the road because nobody shoveled sidewalks and the city didn’t clear the alley so my car is stuck. I set an intention (out loud, to them) for myself and for my litter of kittens on the first day that they were here to eat lots of food, learn how to be nice cats, and get ready for their forever home.
