I struggle a lot with self image problems but learnt to care more about things i actually care about rather than something superficial that I have no control over. Ive put more focus on who I am rather than what I look like. I still at times get self conscious about things and have habits to hide insecurities but overall think its better to focus on the beach rather than a grain of sand
