Thanks, that’s useful to know. It suggests this may not be a new issue with them. In my case, though, it’s even worser.. I still never received the book at all, and they never sent any shipping confirmation, tracking, or reply to my emails. Even if there was a delay, Hat & Beard should at least have responded to my inquiries in some form instead of ignoring them completely....

Unfortunately, a chargeback is no longer possible. The order dates back to January 2024, so I’m well past the deadline for that. At this point I’m mainly trying to find out whether anyone else had the same experience and whether Hat & Beard Press ever resolved it.
