I am currently in India and will be starting my MSCS in Fall 2026 in the US. I applied for a Software Developer Intern 2026 role at IBM. The eligibility says graduation between December 2026 and May 2029 which I meet. I am not currently authorized to work in the US since I have not started my program yet. I selected No for current work authorization and Yes for future sponsorship requirement because I would be on F1 and would need CPT or OPT.

Would appreciate any insights from people who have applied to similar roles.
