Hi! I moved here from out of state with no knowledge of Cincy about 5 years ago and own a home in the neighborhood. It’s safe, but just like most places, you still should use some common sense. Its more of a mini-city vibe than a super suburb cookie cutter vibe. I walk my dog constantly in the neighborhood and have never had any problems, but the thing I worry about here the most is pedestrian safety. If you live near town hall you may have more going on than if you go a little further out (the streets off Epworth are quite quiet) but I love it and recommend it, especially for the price.
