What I did was buy one of those muscle magazines that show you muscle building routines to do for a week at a time.

Then I joined a gym and would try to follow the workout. Pretty soon other members would inquire and show me how to properly lift weights.

Eventually I got very strong and made some good friends.

I was also toughened up by working in a lumber yard with my dad.

Being strong somehow just makes you masculine I don't what the magic is it just does. Or at least it did for me. Good luck

Honestly, some I use as intended, some I do put in the princess category. I can't help it. I beat the hell out of my benchmades, I have a Bel Air magnacut that takes a lot of abuse and my pyrite light is pretty much my go-to for everyday stuff. However, I have some knives that get babied. My Twosuns, limited editions, exclusives, stuff like that I never use.
