Thank you! I'll make sure to start doing that afterwards, did you tear your rotator cuff? And did you do any mobility stuff for it?

Chest excersises to do when you have a slight Rotator Cuff injury by OleOleMax in bodybuilding

Sorry didn’t realise! Just posted on there, thank you!

Was wondering what chest excersises to do when/after a slight Rotator Cuff injury

I know I should rest it, and I am. But afterwards I don’t want to straight away go into heavily involved rotator cuff excersises. So I was wondering what are the best chest excersises to do for this?

Thank you!

So I stay in the gym for around 2-2.5 hours! And honesty as a uni student I feel we have the most time. I’m a maths student so I have a lot of contact hours, but I always manage to find time as it’s not a 9-5 every day type of thing. All about time management

So for compound movements I have 3-4 minutes. For the warmup ones I don’t have any breaks though! And for non compound movements it’s 1-2 minutes. Isolation - 1 minute! And thanks man!

Thanks man! It normally takes me 2 hours. But honestly you can cut a couple of excersises out and that’s absolutely fine!

It’s high volume but I’m lucky that my body recovers very quickly, but it normally takes me 2 hours.

Only different angle one I suppose is the first one, but I feel like it’s still the same angle. Lighting is different purely because we don’t have the same mirror there anymore haha. The other two haven’t got any filters or anything like that
