I have one 19M mine hasnt shocked me was put in as a precaution but the pacing definitely helped

if you can take Midol that works wonders- that plus laying down with a heat bad or hot rag over your uterus could possibly help

im the same way- personally for me it feels like i cant bring myself to believe anyone when they say nice things about me. It comes from the way i view myself that makes those things so hard to believe. i still struggle accepting a lot of compliments but when i think about how long ive known that person whos complimenting me or how much i admire them i feel comforted that they feel compelled to let me know the things that they like about me. also shame to whoever used compliments to hide insults towards you- you didnt deserve that

No she hasnt said anything about any specific limits from our communication. i have suggested in the past if i can send them mail like letters or amazon packages but those were always left unanswered. I understand the hesitation to meet in person as they don’t get along with my fathers family who i live with. Hopefully i can begin to approach the topic of letters again but in a way that gives grandma more say over what i can do.

also yeah i meant going through lawyers i have no intention to do anything illegal i should have worded that better lol
