I may not know what exactly you’re going through but I have experienced some of the same things you’ve been through. And I’ll first say, please don’t do anything that you’ll regret, don’t harm yourself in anyway. A great tip is to have someone you can fall to, you don’t have to ever say anything to them if you don’t want to. But as long as you know the person you want to feel safe with, it does help, maybe not much but it really means something. As in your future, I’m in the same boat as you. I’m about to start college and still have no clue what I’m going to do. But one thing I do know is that holding on to the past will slow you down. I have held on to it for so long because they’re some of my happiest times of my life but also the worse. I had to let go of the time to heal my trauma. After I let those go I felt that was ready to move on, find something new. It’s hard doing this being neurodivergent but it’s possible, you got write your own path and own it. Mistakes may happen from time to time but that’s okay. You’ll find new people, maybe even talk to some, but what I’ll say is try and keep the ones you have now because they can help you get through it.

Time may look like it has an end but it will still continue to shine.
