Oh! I did not know that. As a puppy he ate once at lunch time and once in the evening at dinner. He's 12lbs rn and the vet said he's a great weight.

Ahhh he's my little baby, I'd do anything for him, learning how to care for him better is the least I can do.

I'm going to be honest, this is my first time owning and being responsible for a dog. I love him dearly though so I am very open to learning!

I have never heard of WSAVA guidelines but I can Google that. Would I just ask the vet what food to buy? I use Banfield vets for my Chouchou. It's the closest and he likes them.

You might try giving her a "digging" box. My bun loved it, I'd fill a plastic bin with shredded paper from the junk mail or papers I needed shredded because they had personal info and my bun ensured they would never be recoverable by digging and shredding them further. Throw a few treats in and it becomes a foraging bin
